Emma Newman

Principal Dietitian & Owner

Hello & Welcome!

I am a professionally trained Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in IBS, the low FODMAP diet and a wide range of other nutrition related conditions.

I have completed six years of tertiary training in nutrition and dietetics and continue to keep my knowledge and skills up to date with the latest nutrition evidence, giving my clients the ultimate confidence and reassurance in my services.

I have also completed specialised training in IBS and the low FODMAP diet through Monash University.

I am passionate about helping people transform their health from the inside out. Gut health plays a major role in our overall health and wellbeing. When gut issues are left untreated, this often leads to long term health consequences -both physical and mental. I help my clients identify dietary solutions that are simple and effective, with the power to experience transformational freedom from persistent and uncomfortable symptoms.

I value a holistic and multimodal approach to care, considering all aspects of my clients health before deciding on the best treatment option. I am passionate about identifying and resolving the root issue to each persons symptoms, considering the ‘whole’ person and tailoring an approach best suited for each individual.

I look forward to working with you!
